About B.23 Productions.

It’s strange how life happens and how sometimes you don’t realize that you’re learning things until years later when you look back and you see your adventures and where your path has taken you.

b.23 is an extension of my first business, B. Shigley Designs.  B. Shigley is me. Brandi Sue Shigley. At the age of 23, I discovered that my biological mother was 23 when she had me and I was born at 2:23. The year that I turned 23, I graduated from college with a communications degree, became a U.S. Citizen, and started my first business. 23 was the year that I realized it is up to me to create my own roots.

When I launched b.shigley designs, my very own handbag line. I had no idea where it was going to take me or what I was going to learn. All that I knew was that I loved making bags. I was thrown into business and didn’t really know where or what direction I was going, but I had to learn through trial and error, tears and smiles. My handbag line took me to places that I never thought possible… magazines, television, London, France, San Diego, and back home to my hometown of Denver to utilize those skills to help others.

Now, 11 years later (holy moly where does time go?) I want to utilize the skills and knowledge that I’ve learned along the way to help others create roots to begin their business doing what they love to do. Through web design, marketing, PR, event planning and workshops, I want spread the word to do what you love and love what you do. That’s what life is all about.
