Summary of Position

Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position available, for a small boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm with a strong team environment.  High growth dynamic opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a marketing background and strong multi-tasking ability.   Work in an exciting, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.  Must be hard working, have the ability to learn quickly, work with limited supervision and be able to adapt to a demanding and changing work environment.

Principle Responsibilities

Responsible for general marketing of the company and commercial real estate assignments, and general support and coordination of brokers.  Must prioritize projects to meet deadlines and develop effective and time efficient solutions to challenges as they present themselves.

-Create and maintain general marketing brochures using photoshop

-Marketing via mailers, email, Constant Contact, social media, website

-Preparation of contracts and letters of intent

-Prepare client packages, maps, aerials, tour books

-Prepare client presentations (PowerPoint, Print Packages, Google Maps, etc.)

-Maintain listing information on various commercial listing services (Costar, Loopnet, Xcelligent)

-Provide support and organization to a 3-4 person sales team


-College Degree preferred

-Well versed in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

-Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word, Outlook)

-Previous experience in marketing

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Previous administrative experience


Ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to join a very small but stable and growing company.  This is not a “sales” or commission based position but it is an entrepreneurial opportunity.  Candidate has the ability to create additional opportunities in their role with the company by helping the overall business grow through their efforts.  Salary of $28,000/Yr +  DOE, opportunity for benefits after 6 months.
